This was an n8n automation project. We automated the interview experience. When a user applies to a job, the resume would be automatically filtered, analyzed and parsed. The HR will see a sorted list of resumes and allow them to filter by any variable they need. It also sends out auto rejections and schedules interviews for candidates.
